RRSP/DPSP program and group insurance
At SBI, we offer one of the best group retirement savings programs in the industry! In addition to the contributions you make to your RRSP, SBI contributes up to 6% of your salary to it. Another very important advantage, our group insurance program covers a wide range of needs: dental care, medication, health care (massage therapy, physiotherapy, acupuncture, etc.), travel, telemedicine, EAP, and much more!Training and sports activities
Whether you are a diligent athlete or an occasional sportsman, take advantage of our group classes and sport activities to exercise and have fun with colleagues. Soccer league, golf simulator, running, spinning and circuit training – there's something for everyone!Work/life balance
We have implemented several services to make life easier for our employees. They are offered during working hours and partially subsidized by SBI – lunch delivery, tire change, tax return preparation, massage therapy, etc. We also offer a flexible schedule (also for people who work in the factory!) and teleworking for maximum flexibility.Communication
SBI's simple hierarchy facilitates the sharing of information between the different stakeholders. Also, all employees take part in monthly meetings with the managers to get an update on the various SBI projects and any other topic they wish to discuss.
